My Cleaning Angel provides residential cleaning services in the Tampa, Florida area. With a strong team focus, My Cleaning Angel only hires the best maids; those that are both friendly and effective. Starting Out

Before I started my company I was building websites. My friend in New York had a cleaning business and suggested I should start one. He thought it would do well in Florida. So I made my website and started advertising online. My main goal was always to do a good job, that was very important to me.

First starting out, finding customers was hard; people want to know you before they let you come into their home. We just kept advertising and putting our name out there. Eventually, people started to refer us and little by little we started building out our client list.

Future Goals

I started my company by myself with a bucket, a car, and some cleaning products. We now have three cars that can each fit 2-3 people. We need another car now because business has been crazy, so maybe in the next 5 years, I’d like to have 10 cars and around 20 people. I’d also like to hire someone to help me actually run the business.

Standing Out in The Industry

I pay my workers well, so I expect the best from them. If they aren’t the best then that just won’t do. My team is very important to me, at the same time I know we have things we need to improve on just like any other company.

My Cleaning Angel and Jobber

I was looking for a system that could manage everything. There are a couple of other programs out there but I find Jobber is the easiest one to use. I have almost all my business information in there.

I believe I was one of the first Jobber customers so I’m very pleased about that. Jobber is great because the customer support takes the time to call customers and hear feedback. It’s very important because it helps me grow. I like to call my customers every month to know if everything is ok with our cleaning and how we can improve. Communication is very important.

The Best Thing About Jobber

I tried a couple other companies, but I just really liked Jobber. It’s easy-to-use and everything is right there. The dashboard has everything that you need, and isn’t filled with other little detailed information that’s unnecessary. Jobber is very simple.

I really like the client reminders. I also like how you guys are always updating your features. The payment process is great and makes sense. The Jobber calendar makes it really easy to see everything, it’s essential to running my company.
